Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your order before shipping. Your order approximate arrival time will be based upon the shipping method you selected at checkout. All orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m.( ET) will begin processing on the following Monday. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on any national holiday will start processing on the next business day. Please be aware that orders placed around the holidays may experience possible shipping delays due to shipping carriers, we apologize for any inconvenience. 

Incorrect shipping addresses and refused delivery, we will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address with USPS. If we are unable to contact the customer to provide an updated address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Express Shipping $25 (1 to 2 business days)

Standard Shipping $9 (3 to 4 business days)

International Shipping $35 (6 to 18 business days)

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for; undeliverable packages, packages not being delivered because of an incorrect address, we are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages

We ship both domestic and to a select of international destinations.
